There's a Reason Time Moves Forward

Because, peeps, we just can't ever go back to this: (NOTE! Please watch at least 60 secs of the clip, if you're gonna click on it, or you just won't ever forgive yourself.):

Don't get me wrong, I love Joe Cocker, but that whole scene was just painful to watch. This is your music on drugs...

lol!

Hilarious. He does manage to pull it off in a drug crazed 60's kind of way.

Now *that* was a great way to start a Monday morning... laughing at ol' Mutton Chops. Seriously... was that a 60's thing?

I've never been a fan; if I can't understand what a singer is singing... why listen?

Man, that WAS painful. Even more painful, I thought it was great 40 years ago...

Joe Cocker was all right back in the day, but he was harder to understand than Batman.

Great moment in television: Joe Cocker on SNL, with John Belushi behind him, doing his dead-on mocking parody of Cocker, complete with spastic movements and unintelligible lyrics.

Elisson - I think Belushi did a better Cocker than Cocker did.

Oh help me. We saw him in concert as an opening act for Tina Turner. He was, indeed, awesome. But this is one of the funniest things I've seen in ages. Coherency, thy name is not Joe.

I'm surprised someone could be that stoned and still remain vertical. I guess he must have had a lot of practice.
